Grape variety: 100% Teroldego, indigenous grape of Trentino.

Name: Dolomiti IGT

Provenance: the vineyards are located in the heart of the fertile Piana Rotaliana, in the CC of Mezzolombardo (TN).

Ground: alluvial, carried over from the Noce stream, with great surface fertility and excellent drainage below.

Training system: guyot and Trentino pergola.

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually and selectively towards the beginning of October. Following withering in boxes for about 3 months in an airy environment. When the grapes have reached the optimal state of drying, a hand pressing is carried out, controlled fermentation and aging in wood for a few months.

Pairings: dry pastries, dark chocolate.
